Abstract

The present work aims to outline a critical analysis of the Law Project n. 7,063/2017, presented with the initial intention of modifying the wording of Law n. 11,079/2004 regarding the minimum values of public-private partnership contracts, but which assumed the role, with subsequent modifications, of consolidating and unifying the current legislation regarding concession contracts. It maintains, as its main focus, devices 81 to 85, referring to adherence to the structuring and contracting by bodies and entities of different characteristics throughout the national territory to, in the end, bring suggestions.
