Abstract

The present work of analysis, consisting of an exposition, presentation of the arguments and positions of the Ministers of the Supreme Court and critical reading, regarding the collegiate decision due to the aggravated regimental in Petition 3.240/DF, which discussed the submission of political agents to the punitive regime of administrative improbity and the extension of the privileged forum in case of an affirmative answer.
