Duration of the contracts in the New Bidding Law

The article analyzes the topic of the duration of contracts in the new General Bidding Law and the main changes that have occurred in the legal scenario, highlighting the system of terms in the new legislation, for contracts with a term of up to 10 (ten) years and for those contracts for an indefinite term, for specific terms for contracts that do not generate expenses, for the term for contracts for the continued operation of information technology structuring systems and for those contracts for the supply and provision of associated services, as well as for the term for contracts for the continued operation of information technology structuring systems, as well as scope contracts.
