Judgment TCU 10,739/2021 – First Chamber, on Appeal for Reconsideration in Accountability: nepotism in the entities of the S System

The decision rendered in the Appeal for Reconsideration in Accountability by the First Chamber of the Federal Court of Accounts, published in Judgment 10,739/2021, filed by the Superintendent of SENAR – AR/MA against Judgment 9,804/2019, is commented upon. Because, among other notes, there was an illegitimate maintenance of a legal advisor who maintained close family relationships with the then President of the Administrative Council of that Regional Administration, which was considered an affront to the content of Binding Precedent 13/STF.
