The monocratic decision rendered by the Presidency of the Federal Supreme Court in a request for Suspension of Security 5,381/DF, which was filed by the Federal Government in view of a decision rendered by the Federal Regional Court of the First Region suspending the effects of Provisional Measure n. 932/2020 which reduced the contribution rates to autonomous social services and doubled the percentage of retribution to the Federal Revenue Service for the acts of collection and transfer.
