Abstract

The present work analyzes, albeit briefly, the thesis established by the Supreme Federal Court after the embargoes of declaration in the Extraordinary Appeal 855, 178 of the State of Sergipe, under which the obligation of a superior state entity to co-finance the treatment granted by SUS was discussed. state entity with lesser competence.
