Abstract

The scope of the present study is to analyze the hypothesis of hiring law firms by member institutions of the Social Autonomous Brazilian Service (S System), specifically the Sebrae case, according to the Law 8.666/93, the Sebrae’s regulation and brazilian Case Law, to verify the possibility.
