Abstract

Law 13,303/2016 translates concerns that are increasingly present, to give state enterprises a structure and a dynamic that will make them effective factors of development, operational agility, anti-corruption and bureaucratization of Public Administration. In this article the points of the said diploma, which contemplate the matrix ideas, mentioned above, are commented on.
