The presentation of volume 10, issue 38, of the Revista de Direito Administrativo, Infraestrutura, Regulação e Compliance – RDAI contextualizes the thematic organization of the issue and highlights the main scientific contributions of the published works. The issue is structured into six sections devoted to infrastructure activities, Administrative Law, foreign legal scholarship, legal opinions, comments on case law, and the historical development of Administrative Law. The contributions address topics such as highway concessions, railway regulation, performance assessment of state-owned enterprises, State intervention in the economic and social domains, control of Public Administration, human development, artificial intelligence in Public Administration, the Workers’ Food Program, environmental protection, and judicial review of administrative discretion. The issue reaffirms the journal’s editorial purpose of promoting scientific debate and contributing to the advancement of Administrative Law through contemporary studies and landmark works from Brazilian and foreign legal scholarship.
