The text analyzes recent reforms in Portugal’s Public Administration, highlighting the 2024 organic restructuring and the 2025 offensive against bureaucratic culture. It focuses on the new "Center of Government" concept, the concentration of services at Campus XXI, and the unification of general secretariats to improve efficiency and inter-ministerial coordination. It also discusses the specialization of competence centers (CEJURE and PLANAPP) and the role of the Minister Adjunto and State Reform in digital transformation and administrative simplification.
