This work aims to analyze the relationship between administrative law and new technologies, considering the impact on the dignity of those administered. To do this, it analyzes electronic administration and relates it to the principle of good administration. Conduct an analysis between technology and the rule of law, especially when it comes to administrative procedural law. Finally, it relates human dignity to new technologies, as well as to the knowledge society and administrative organization.
