This work aims to verify the compatibility of the provisions of the General Administrative Responsibilities Act with constitutional guarantees, while defending the need to establish a specific doctrinal space for the theory of punitive administrative law. ln the end, it concludes by the incompatibility and the need to reform the procedural rules provided therein.
